Confused over your membership status or just not got round to it yet?  We have great news for you!!

We are delighted to announce the introduction of our new online subscription management system through the Society’s website.  It is designed to simplify registration for you and ease administration for us.  It allows residents to register, renew or re-register and to check membership status online, directly via our website.   The system provides secure payment by credit card or direct debit with the option for recurring payments, which helps us greatly. It also provides for voluntary payment ‘top ups’ which have been an invaluable source of additional income, typically contributing towards our bulb planting program.

In line with the introduction of the tool, we are reducing the subscription period from three years to twelve months for new members or renewals, as we found the long gap between renewals meant that members were losing track of whether they were members or not.   Existing, registered members will have received personal correspondence from us by email or letter.  If you have not, you are not currently a member!

The online tool also provides the facility to email members with flash news and other local updates, such as the recent road works warning.  In addition we can automate subscription renewal emails – making it easier to renew and reduce admin for the Society.
